Banzai Cowboy prides itself on using the freshest fish and ingriedients prepared daily by Chef Miki Hudson originally from Nagoya Japan. Her 15 years of experience can be recognized in every dish and although you can get great traditional sushi and sashimi at Banzai Cowboy, it's the unique menu items like the Southwest Ceviche roll, the Caliente Caribbean roll, and the prickly pear ponzu gyoza's that stand out with their soutwestern flair. Dipping your shrimp tempura in the chipotle aioli will tantilize your taste buds! Guaranteed.

Join us for a toast of Banzai Hooch ( fruit infused sake) and say BANZAI! which means celebration in Japanese and don't take yourself too seriously because we don't! We are opened from 5pm daily and are open for Lunch on Friday and Saturday.
